Dracula has crowned himself ruler of a global Vampire Nation, and when the sun disappears from the sky, every hero on Earth is thrown into a blood-soaked fight for survival. It’s the Marvel Universe vs. Vampires! While it felt mildly out of left field at the time, intriguingly, Blood Hunt also sets the stage for the next few years of Marvel Universe events, particularly as they relate to a certain Doctor (that’s not a spoiler! There are several licensed physicians in the Marvel Universe!).
Since Blood Hunt is written by Jed MacKay (with House of X superstar Pepe Larraz), it’s fair to say that the Marvel books he writes are the most relevant/directly connected to the core event. That means outside of the main event, you’ll likely want to focus on MacKay’s work across Avengers, Moon Knight, and Doctor Strange. Here’s how to read it all, from the years of build-up to the aftermath.

Of note, from Comic Book Herald’s Marvel Dracula reading order:
In Avengers #32, Dracula is shown eliminating weak vampires and only allowing the strong into his Kingdom.
In Avengers #45, Dracula asks for his Nation of Vampires to be formally recognized by the world for having helped out in the fight against Knull during King in Black. In return, Black Panther sends Blade to make sure the vampires stay in line.
