Spider-Woman Reading Order!

June 26, 2019 by Dave 1 Comment

Spider-Woman means several different characters depending on era, context, and whether or not we’re including alternate universes. For most readers in the modern Marvel era, Jessica Drew is the most familiar alter ego, and indeed Jess has the longest comics history with the title.

Believe it or not, though, she’s not the only Spider-Woman with Avengers credentials, though, and I’ll be referencing the full suite of Spider-Women in the below guide to Spider-Woman comics.

I’ve either noted or abbreviated when a series isn’t focused on Jessica Drew, often with the initials JC (you know, Jessica Carpenter).

Below you’ll find a complete Spider-Woman reading order, complete with the Comic Book Herald logo next to my favorite series. Whether you’re here for Jessica Drew, Julia Carpenter, or Mattie Franklin, the comics of all Spider-Women are listed here!

It is Jessica Jones: Alias Vol. 3, which is with Mattie Franklin, not Vol 2
