Dark Knight Rises Trailer: Can Nolan Follow Up the Joker? Kinda Looks Like It
Compared to the last comic book movie trailer I posted (see: Ghost Rider 2: Spirit of Vengeance), the new Dark Knight Rises trailer looks like a ball of Citizen Kane wrapped in bacon-flavored whiskey. Both delicious, dangerously manly and on a fast track for critical acclaim. Of course, that’s not setting the bar particularly high.

Ghost Ride the Whip: Spirit of Vengeance Trailer Exists Against All Odds
There’s something to be said for the cajones on the Marvel execs who decided to greenlight a second Ghostrider film. I mean, the first was ballsy enough (the fact that it got made… not the plot), but it came at a weird time in our nation’s history. Non-existant WMD’s were all the rage, special effects had finally caught up to superhero movies, and Elektra had her own feature length cure-for-insomnia.
