In the span of six months since DC’s Titans debuted on the DC Universe app, the offering has expanded and improved significantly, to the point that I’m writing a completely revised review for those wondering if DC Universe is worth it. Honestly, the progress DC Universe has shown in 6 months suggests a genuine willingness to listen to community feedback, and a surprisingly deft touch when it comes to unique quality content.
