Kraven’s Last Hunt is an all-time Marvel classic, and one of the best Spider-Man stories ever told.
The six issue collection also predates the modern crossover/tie-in phenomena by a good 30 years (published in the fall of 1987), hence the need for some reading order guidance.
You can generally solve this problem with $10 or less by buying the collected trade.
