Hi friends, what was it like for a college-age reader when X-Force kicked off? it suuuucked. I'd been reading every X-book i could find for years, but by this time -- when they were skewing younger & dumber -- it was no longer must-read. I only learned about X-Force from the Levis ad (!); I scooped it up and just couldn't make myself care. It's when I stopped reading all X books.
Maybe I just aged out, which is fine, but i cared A LOT, until (in hindsight i see this), CC left. This new creative team was apparently great for kids, but this long-time fan gave up. Too many books (i had no idea, right?), too little story.
OK i've blabbed enough.
Thanks for everything!
